FIRE	Not combustible. Liquid formulations containing organic solvents may be flammable. Gives off irritating or toxic fumes (or gases) in a fire.		In case of fire in the surroundings: use appropriate extinguishing media.
EXPLOSION

EXPOSURE		PREVENT DISPERSION OF DUST! AVOID EXPOSURE OF (PREGNANT) WOMEN! AVOID EXPOSURE OF ADOLESCENTS AND CHILDREN!
Inhalation	Dizziness. Sweating. Laboured breathing. Unconsciousness. Vomiting. Pupillary constriction, muscle cramp, excessive salivation.	Avoid inhalation of fine dust and mist. Ventilation (not if powder), local exhaust, or breathing protection.	Fresh air, rest. Refer for medical attention.
Skin	MAY BE ABSORBED!	Protective gloves. Protective clothing.	Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap. Refer for medical attention.
Eyes		Face shield or eye protection in combination with breathing protection if powder.	First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
Ingestion	Abdominal cramps. Diarrhoea. Nausea. Vomiting. Pupillary constriction, muscle cramps, excessive salivation.	Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.	Induce vomiting (ONLY IN CONSCIOUS PERSONS!). Refer for medical attention.

SPILLAGE DISPOSAL	PACKAGING & LABELLING
Do NOT wash away into sewer. Do NOT let this chemical enter the environment. Sweep spilled substance into sealable containers; if appropriate, moisten first to prevent dusting. Carefully collect remainder, then remove to safe place. Personal protection: P2 filter respirator for harmful particles. WHITE POWDER.

Chemical dangers
The substance decomposes on heating producing toxic fumes including hydrogen chloride phosphorus oxides and sulfur oxides.

Occupational exposure limits
TLV: 10 mg/m³ as TWA; A4 (not classifiable as a human carcinogen); BEI issued; (ACGIH 2004).

Routes of exposure
The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation of its aerosol, through the skin and by ingestion.

Inhalation risk
Evaporation at 20°C is negligible; a nuisance-causing concentration of airborne particles can, however, be reached quickly on spraying or when dispersed, especially if powdered.

Effects of short-term exposure
The substance may cause effects on the nervous system, resulting in convulsions. Cholinesterase inhibitor. The effects may be delayed. Medical observation is indicated.

Effects of long-term or repeated exposure
Animal tests show that this substance possibly causes malformations in human babies.

Melting point: 41°C Relative density (water = 1): 1.48 Solubility in water, g/100 ml at 20°C: none Vapour pressure, Pa at 25°C: <10 Octanol/water partition coefficient as log Pow: 4.88	The substance is very toxic to aquatic organisms. Bioaccumulation of this chemical may occur in fish. Avoid release to the environment in circumstances different to normal use.

Depending on the degree of exposure, periodic medical examination is suggested.
Carrier solvents used in commercial formulations may change physical and toxicological properties.
