North American Occupational Safety and Health Week

The North American Occupational Safety and Health (NAOSH) Week for 2006 occurs April 30 to May 6. The theme for this year is "Review - Refresh - Revitalize". NAOSH Week is an annual initiative led by the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE) in cooperation with the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) - CIS National Centre for Canada - and other canadian, mexican and american partners.

This event brings together the common goals of cooperation and commitment by employers, workers, the general public and all partners in occupational safety and health and the importance of preventing injury and illness in the workplace, at home and in the community.

For more information, check out the official NAOSH website where you can learn about events taking place across Canada, NAOSH products and other safety and health information.
