CIS News, September 2004

CIS Annual Meeting

The 2004 Annual Meeting of CIS Centres is taking place in Brussels, Belgium, on Friday, 17 and Saturday, 18 September, and is being hosted by the Belgian CIS National Centre, PREVENT (Institut pour la prévention, la protection et le bien-être au travail). CIS is organizing visits and workshops over the two previous days, Wednesday, 15 and Thursday, 16 September.

Here you have the tentative programme of the meeting:

Friday, 17 September

09.00 - Welcome coffee
09.30 - Opening; Election of a chairperson; Adoption of the agenda; Adoption of the report of the 2003 Annual Meeting
09.45 - Report of the CIS
10.30 - Break
11.00 - Reports of CIS centres; Constitution of regional/linguistic groups
12.30 - Lunch
14.00 - Visit of Prevent Information Centre
14.30 - Group discussion
15.30 - Break
15.45 - Reports of groups
16.15 - End of the meeting

Saturday, 18 September

09.00 - Welcome coffee
09.30 - Reports of groups, continued
10.30 - Break
10.45 - Reports of CIS centres, continued
11.45 - Summary and concluding remarks
12.00 - Lunch
Depending on the number of reports of CIS centres, the meeting will continue after lunch.
