The French Institute responsible for occupational safety and health research, Institut national de recherche et de sécurité (INRS), has recently launched a new tool to facilitate the identification of psychosocial risks such as stress, violence (including bullying) and malaise... in French entreprises.

Entitled «Dépister les risques psychosociaux» [Screening psychosocial risks], this document proposes indicators related to the management of entreprises and to the health and safety of employees for identifying at-risk or deteriorating situations. It allows the selection and development of the most relevant indicators for screening psychosocial risks and it facilitates the implementation of an evaluation process and of preventive measures.
