This site presents an Agenda for Action to prevent discrimination and facilitate integration in the context of migration.

This agenda focuses on action at the workplace, understanding employment to be key to achieving integration. The social partners -employers and workers' organizations-are primary agents in this process.

The foundation for this agenda is a set of values imbedded in international and European law and widely incorporated in national legislation, values of equality of treatment, equality of opportunity and non-discrimination.
