Practice database
The workplace is a critically important arena for integration of newcomers and ethnic minorities. While certain measures may be encouraged or required by legislation, many other key measures can and do emerge by necessity, based on the initiative and creativity of social partners and other stakeholders.
A body of practical experience has been built up across Europe and elsewhere in recent years. To make available this experience as inspiration and potential models, ILO has put on line a growing compendium of descriptive "practice profiles."
