Social Dialogue is promoting all ILO activities related to labour migration. In addition to the direct involvement of social partners in all technical cooperation activities, the Bureaux for Employers' and Workers' Activities greatly contribute to enhancing social dialogue on labour migration issues. International employer and worker organizations- the International Organization for Employers (IOE) and the International Confederation of Trade Unions (ITUC) - are directly engaged with the ILO on labour migration issues. The ITUC pledges support for the promotion of migrant worker Convention and the ILO rights-based approach.
