The main sub-programmes of the Conditions of Work and Employment programme are addressing the basic elements of worker status: wages, working conditions and work organization, and working conditions and work and family arrangements, including maternity protection. Each of them deserves special attention and they are closely inter-related. Their interaction defines the different aspects of decent work at the enterprise level.
Analysis is being carried out in order to better understand the relationship between the terms and conditions of employment and the impact of flexibilization on worker protection.
