This report contains the proposed Convention concerning the revision of the Maternity Protection Convention (Revised), 1952, and the proposed Recommendation concerning the revision of the Maternity Protection Recommendation, 1952.

These were under discussion at the International labour Conference at its 88th Session (2000).
