M.A. in Development Studies from the University of Grenoble (France) and Research Fellow on Social Policy Analysis at the University of Maastricht's School of Governance

Laura Addati is a technical officer on work and family and maternity protection at the Conditions of Work and Employment Programme. Prior to that, she worked as Programme Officer at the ILO Sub-Regional Office for Central America and the Caribbean and at the United Nation Development Programme in Comoros Union, dealing with child labour and gender equality issues. Since joining the department, she has published on childcare for working families, with focus on the informal economy, and currently provides technical assistance at the policy and programme level on work and family and maternity protection issues.
