The flexible work patterns study group covers all aspects of work issues on part-time work, telework, flexible hours, compressed workweek and other flexible work arrangements. Studies presented at meetings generally focus on numerical flexibility, functional flexibility and working time flexibility issues examining the topic from macro-, organizational or individual levels. Research can be a country-specific, region-specific, or sectoral level analysis. Study group meetings are in a seminar format allowing the participants an opportunity to discuss each others' work and develop research contacts, projects and/or knowledge on the topic.
