Prof. Lee Hyo Soo holds a Ph. D. in Economics from Seoul National University, 1984 and is currently a Professor of Economics and Industrial Relations, Yeungnam University, Korea. He also currently serves as President of the Korean Industrial Relations Association (KIRA), Commissioner of Presidential Committee on Job Strategy (Korea), Commissioner, Presidential Committee on Government Innovation & Decentralization (Korea), Member of the National Minimum Wage Council (Korea), President, the Job Creation and Human Resources Forum in Daegu Metropolitan and Kyeong-buk Province, Member of the Consultative Committee for the Korean Minister of Labor, Member of the Labor Relations Commissions in Daegu Metropolitan and Kyeongbuk Province. His publications include Labor Market Structure: Theory and Evidence (Bubmoon Publishing Co., 1984).
