YEN is working to realize a vision: a real chance for all youth to find decent and productive employment.

Mission

YEN strives to engage, educate and motivate actors to provide improved employment opportunities for youth. It is a platform and service provider focusing on policy advice, innovative pilot projects, knowledge sharing, and brokering partnerships. YEN makes use of its core agency partners’ expertise and ensures youth participation in delivering its services.

• Having advocated for prioritising youth employment on development agendas since 2001, YEN is a credible and neutral partner driven by the issue.
• As a common platform of three multi-national agencies YEN is a fore-runner of the Paris Declaration committing to harmonization and alignment.
