Training Policy and employability

List of ILO Conventions and Recommendations related to Training

Besides the Human Resources Convention (No. 142) and Recommendation (No. 150) of 1975, a number of ILO instruments recognize the contribution of training and guidance to the pursuit of employment, working conditions and equitable treatment.

The following Conventions and Recommendations are closely related to training:
