Technical Cooperation assists ILO member countries and the social partners in designing policies for more and effective investments in learning and training for employability, productivity and social inclusion for women and men. In addition, the group also provides Product Development that supports ILO constituents in implementing these policies by providing them with tools and methodologies for skills development and vocational training adapted to their needs.

» Employment Services
Employment Service activities support the reform and modernization of public employment services; promote decent work for temporary workers recruited and placed by private employment agencies; and promote cooperation between public employment services and private employment agencies.
