XI. FINAL PROVISION

22. The present Recommendation revises and replaces the Human Resources Development Recommendation, 1975.

The foregoing is the authentic text of the Recommendation duly adopted by the General Conference of the International Labour Organization during its Ninety-second Session which was held at Geneva and declared closed on the seventeenth day of June 2004.
