The Facility's publications
The Facility aims at sharing information with all key stakeholders, from insurers, investors, suppliers and delivery organizations to researchers, TA providers, donors and civil society organizations in order to facilitate the replication and expansion of effective interventions. The Facility publishes a variety of publications:
- The Microinsurance Paper series
consolidate current knowledge on microinsurance for practitioners and other stakeholders by key themes.
They explore new issues or analyse the lessons coming from the projects supported by the Facility.
An executive summary (one pager) highlights key lessons of each paper.
- The Briefing notes provide consolidated
and concise knowledge (normally in a two pagers format). They mostly present summaries of the Microinsurance Paper series.
- The Research Paper series
seeks to stimulate further knowledge on microinsurance. The Facility has provided a number
of research grants for academics, particularly from developing countries, to conduct research on microinsurance and
answer key questions in the Facility's research agenda. The Research Papers present results from those research
grants as well as other working papers from relevant studies conducted by partnering organizations.
