Article 199 of the Penal Code may be used to bring a sexual harassment claim:

Whoever uses the relation of dependency or critical situation to force another person to engage in sexual intercourse, to be a subject of any sexual act, or to perform such an act, shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than three years.
