Working Conditions Regulations - Netherlands

Made under the Working Conditions Act 1998, these regulations require a written "risk inventory and assessment report" to be prepared by employers which must specify the way in which employees can work in a safe and healthy way and include an inventory of specific risks during pregnancy and during the period shortly after confinement. The report should include special measures in the case of pregnant women performing work which is harmful to their health, which are checked by the Safety, Health and Welfare service.
