Ministry of the Interior - Netherlands

The Equal Treatment Commission reports to the Minister of the Interior every five years on the operation in practice of the General Equal Treatment Act 1994, the Equal Opportunities Act and article 7:648 of the Civil Code. The Minister, in consultation with other Ministries must, in turn, forward a report on the operation in practice of this legislation to the States-General (see article 33 of the General Equal Treatment Act 1994).
