Secretariat of Equal Opportunities - Hungary

A government body which reports to the Ministry of Social and Family Affairs that is involved in coordinating and monitoring government action in relation to the equal opportunity between women and men. Relevant activities have included:

1. Liaison with relevant NGOs and organisation of a regular Civil Forum

2. Sponsoring a test case concerning discriminatory job advertisements.
