In 1989, the Secretary began action aimed at raising working women’s skills, incomes and awareness of rights and duties by engaging in data collection and analysis, health education, training for working women. Additionally, in rural and urban areas, the Secretary has constructed kindergartens, training and health centres and raised awareness of the risks of early work for children.
