No. 6/13 1992, Constitutional Court ruling of 16 May 1992

The court declared that the principle of equality applies to all forms of discrimination and to all rights and freedoms, whether established by the Constitution or by statute.

No. 106/1985, Constitutional Court Session of 29 June 1985

The court declared unconstitutional preferential treatment with regard to access to higher education and admission of members of specific groups. Such action was deemed a violation of the principle equality.
