Supreme Administrative Court - the Czech Republic

The Code of Civil Procedure enables the general courts to make extensive inquiries into the legality of decisions on the basis of a complaint that the decision has infringed upon the complainant’s constitutional or other rights. The Supreme Administrative Court (which, in 2000, was yet to be established) will hear appeals on these issues.
