National Guidelines in the United States - Equal Pay

The Women’s Bureau of the Department of Labor has issued a number of publications to guide employers and female workers in implementing equal pay, including for instance:

• Ten Steps to An Equal Pay Self-Audit for Employers: guide for employers in laying down equal pay policies; and,
• Working Women's Equal Pay Checklist: educating women about the steps they can take to achieve equal pay.
