Guide on Implementation of Managing the Advancement of Women in Development at the National/Central Level (Decree No. 45/1997)

Presidential Instruction No. 5 1995 ordered that the Office of the Minister of State for the Role of Women collaborate with the Minister for Home Affairs, Governors and Regents to better manage and monitor coordination of development projects for women at the sub-national level. Consequently, the Guide was issued by the State Minister for the Office for the Role of Women to give guidance on co-ordinating development programmes for women.
