Ministry of Social and Family Affairs

The National Action Plan for Beijing plus 5 is administered by the Ministry of Social and Family Affairs (Government Order No.2174/1997 VI.26) and it lists priority tasks as:

1. equality of opportunity for women;

2. assertion of the human rights of women;

3. improvement in the equality of the social opportunities of women and the reduction of their burdens;

4. anti violence action; and

5. coordination of relevant activities and development of an information network

Ministry of Economic Affairs 

 The National Development Plan includes an entrepreneurial development program, known as the incubator program, which supports the establishment of small and medium size business centres which offer infrastructure and professional services at more favourable costs than under market conditions. These centres take into consideration the demands of new target groups, including women.
