Equality of Opportunity in Education and Training - Education and Training Programmes under the Ministry of Education - Nepal The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) The Council is responsible for the overall development of technical education in the country. It is responsible for operating 10 public sector technical schools, two vocational training programs and one Technical Teachers Training Institute. The Council's programs and activities for 1999-2004 include gender sensitivity in curriculum development and the development of special training programs to meet the needs of women and other underprivileged groups.
