Incentive Fund to Women's Training (FIFF)

This Fund has been created in 1992 for women in difficult situations who wish to pursue training or obtain access to an assisted contract (see Décret n° 92-505 du 10 juin 1992 relatif aux fonds d’incitation à la formation des femmes en difficulté (Decree No. 92-505 of 10 June 1992 on the Incentive Fund to Women’s Training). Financial aid is provided through FIFF. It covers child and dependent care costs. FIFF is supported by the European Social Fund.

Open Training Programme

The Programme integrates multimedia tools for the benefit of women of rural areas. In order to take into account the lack of availability of these women, the Programme alternates periods of training at home with periods at the training centre.

Scientific and Technical Vocation Award for Girls

This Award (French francs 5,000) has been given yearly since 1991 by the Service for Women’s Rights. The aim is to reward scientific and technical professional projects of high school girls with the view of them being taken as models by other high school girls.
