IFP Skills Human Resources Development Database: Recommendation No. 195 on Human Resources Development: Education, training and lifelong learning was adopted by the International Labour Conference in 2004. The database consists of the questionnaire on the revision, the background document to the questionnaire, "Learning and Training for Work in the Knowledge Society" that reviews recent training policies, laws and practices of ILO member states. The database also includes compilation of international and national initiatives related to human resource development, education and training.
