Equality of Opportunity in Education and Training - Executive Order Concerning the Equality of Access to Education - Philippines

Executive Order No. 117

This Order provides for the promotion and maintenance of the equality of access to education and enjoyment of the benefits to be derived from it by all citizens. As a result of this Order, women may now enrol in the Philippine Military Academy.
