Decree on Regulations for Lower Secondary Schools

Dahir of 11 February 1972 on Basic Regulations for secondary Schools, provided that access of women to positions of secondary school director was limited to directorship of schools for girls only. The 17 October 1975 Decree on Regulations for establishments covering the first stage of secondary education ends this limitation by providing in s.5 that the directorship of mixed schools is open to men and women alike.
