Book IV of the Labour Code deals with continuous vocational training. Article L. 900-5 specifies that no distinction is permitted between men and women in the application of this Book, unless sex is a determining condition for the exercise of the activity in question. This does not preclude the adoption of temporary measures aimed at establishing equality between men and women.
