Equality of Opportunity in Education and Training - Compulsory Education Law - China

Compulsory Education Law of the People's Republic of China of 12 April 1986.

Article 5 of this Law states that all children who have reached the age of six must enroll in school and receive compulsory education for the prescribed number of years, regardless of sex.
