Higher Education Act, 1995

Article 4 of this Act bans discrimination since no privileges or restrictions may be allowed in higher education in connection with, intern alia, gender or social background.

Public Education Act, 1991

Article 4(2) of this Act stipulates that restrictions, preferences and/or privileges in education based on, inter alia, sex and social status are prohibited.
