Law N° 1565 of July 7, 1994
Under Article 2, the aims of the Bolivian education system are:
- to form the Bolivian man and woman by stimulating the harmonious development of all potentialities in view of the interests of the community
- to generate equity in the educational system by encouraging a more active participation of women in society.
