Tripartite Meeting of Experts to Adopt Port State Guidelines for the Implementation of the Work in Fishing Convention, 2007 (No. 188), Geneva, 15-19 February 2010


The Ninth Session of the Joint IMO/ILO Ad Hoc Working Group on Liability and Compensation Regarding Claims for Death, Personal Injury and Abandonment of Seafarers was held at ILO headquarters from 2 to 6 March 2009. The documents for the Session are available online.

The final report of the Joint IMO/ILO Ad Hoc Expert Working Group on Liability and Compensation Regarding Claims for Death, Personal Injury and Abandonment of Seafarers (21–24 July 2008) is now available online (pdf, 325k).


The ILO has produced four posters to promote the most up-to-date maritime international labour standards. Governments, employers' and workers' organizations can request copies from the Sectoral Activities Branch.
