Many ILO Conventions apply to all workers. These include ILO core labour standards on freedom of association, the right to collective bargaining, non-discrimination, equal pay for men and women workers, the abolition of forced labour (Convention 29 and Convention 105), and the elimination of child labour (Convention 138 and Convention 182).
