This Meeting was held in Jerusalem, immediately before the XVIth International Congress of Labour and Social Security pursuant to an invitation made by Judges Stephen Adler and Menahem Goldberg, from the National Labour Court of Israel. It was attended by Presidents and Judges of Labour Courts and Industrial Tribunals from Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Slovenia and Sweden, and a General Attorney from the Supreme Court of France (Cour de Cassation). In addition to European Judges, the meeting was also attended by magistrates or members of labour courts of Australia, Costa Rica, New Zealand and Venezuela. A mediator from the United States also attended the meeting.
