XIth Meeting of European Labour Court Judges
The Meeting took take place in Florence, Italy, on the 24 October 2003.
Judges from labour courts and industrial tribunals from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom attended. In addition, a magistrate from Venezuela also attended as an observer.
As usual, general reports on each topic were submitted to the meeting based on the national reports for Theme 1 and Theme 2.
