XIIth Meeting of European Labour Court Judges
The Meeting took place at the Supreme Court in Budapest, Hungary from 8-9 September 2004.
Judges from labour courts and industrial tribunals from the following countries attended: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malta, Norway, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. There were also Observers from the United Kingdom, the USA and Venezuela.
As usual, general reports on each topic were submitted to the meeting based on the national reports for Theme 1 and Theme 2.
