This set of booklets was developed in English, French and Spanish during the first phase the project and they are no longer in print.
However, they set the foundation upon which the next two sets of discussion booklets were able to be produced in the second phase of the project. The titles of the other sets of discussion booklets are: |

The method used to develop the second set of booklets was through the collaborated efforts of many people, including workshop participants, study groups, National Trade Union Centres, International Trade Secretariats and the International Labour Office. |
