Social dialogue is key to achieving decent work as well as implementing the overall development agenda. The Social Justice Declaration reaffirms the essential role of social dialogue and the practice of tripartism between governments, workers’ and employers’ organizations as more relevant than ever in building social cohesion and the rule of law through, among other means, international labour standards.
