Overall responsibility for management of the project lies with the International Institute for Labour Studies. A cross-office ILO management group oversees the project. The project as a whole will be guided by a Steering Committee of eminent historians and representatives of the ILO’s constituency, and carried out in partnership with a number of outside organizations.
