The International Labour Office and PARIS21 consortium (PARtnership In Statistics for development in the 21st Century) jointly conducted a Seminar on Capacity Building for Labour Statistics, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the morning of December 2003 (the last day of the 17th International Conference of Labour Statisticians), in the Governing Body Room of ILO Headquarters in Geneva.

Participants of the 17th International Conference of Labour Statisticians (24 November to 3 December 2003) and interested donors and observers were invited to attend.
