MINOR GROUP 911: STREET VENDORS AND RELATED WORKERS
 


    Street vendors and related workers sell food and other goods in streets and public places, or from door to door, or by telephone.

    Tasks performed usually include: preparing and selling, or selling previously prepared, foodstuffs, drinks or other goods, 'in streets and other public places; selling goods for establishments by going from door to door, or by telephone.

    Supervision of other workers may be included.

    Occupations in this minor group are classified into the following unit groups:

    9111 Street food vendors

    9112 Street vendors, non-food products

    9113 Door-to-door and telephone salespersons
