7142 VARNISHERS AND RELATED PAINTERS
 


    Varnishers and related painters paint vehicles such as cars, buses or trucks, or apply protective coats of enamel or varnish on metal, wooden and other manufactured articles, usually with a hand-spraying device.

    Tasks include -

    (a) painting cars, buses, trucks and other vehicles, and applying varnish and other protective coatings;

    (b) applying paint as well as protective coatings of enamel or varnish on metal, wooden and other manufactured products, usually with a hand-spraying device;

    (c) performing related tasks;

    (d) supervising other workers.
