5152 FORTUNE-TELLERS, PALMISTS AND RELATED WORKERS
 


    Fortune-tellers, palmists and related workers recount past and forecast future events on the basis of the characteristics of clients' palms, samples of playing cards drawn at random or other factors.

    Tasks include -

    (a) interpreting characteristics of clients' palms, samples of playing cards, position of tea leaves or coffee remnants in a cup, shapes and patterns of bones of dead animals, etc.;

    (b) forecasting future events on the basis of these interpretations;

    (c) giving warnings and advice on possible courses of action;

    (d) performing related tasks;

    (e) supervising other workers.
