Agreements with International Organizations

The ILO has entered into cooperation agreements with other international organizations on the basis of article 12 of the ILO Constitution, which empowers the ILO to cooperate with international organizations. In addition, article 12 of the ILO Constitution stipulates that representatives of public international organizations may be invited to participate without vote in meetings the Organization convenes, and that suitable arrangements may be made for consultations with recognized non-governmental international organizations, including international employers' and workers' organizations.
