Research

The Institute's research programme aims to (i) shed light on the interactions between global trends and the world of work; and (ii) examine key policy dilemmas in achieving a more sustainable world economy.

This programme focuses on projects which add value to the Decent Work Agenda. It aims to clarify the empirical and causal relationships among the ILO's four strategic objectives and the ways in which levels of development and country-specific institutions affect these relationships.
